What is paintball?
Paintball is a fun, safe game that combines strategy with physical skill. People of all ages and skill level enjoy paintball.

How old do I have to be to play paintball?
We require that all players be at least ten years old.

What should I wear?
We require that ALL paintball participants wear a MINIMUM of shirt, shorts, and closed toe shoes. We recommend that players wear long sleeved shirts, pants, and closed toe shoes. Players wearing sandals or other forms of shoes with an exposed toe will not be admitted to any playing area.

Will paintball paint wash out of my clothing?
The paint used in paintballs is water soluble and will generally wash out of clothing. However, we do not recommend wearing your favorite clothing while playing paintball because of the chance that the paint may leave stains on clothing. There is also the risk of grass stains and tears or rips from enthusiastic play.

Are the face masks clean?
We clean and disinfect our face masks after every use to ensure that we don't spread germs.

What are the rules of paintball?
Rules vary depending on the game being played. The referee on the field will present the rules for the game being played. The referee will answer any questions the players have.

Is paintball safe?
Yes! We have never had a serious injury at ZwackerZ. Every player listens to the safety briefing before being allowed on the playing field. Players are not allowed on the field without a referee.

Do I have to sign a waiver?
Yes. Each player must sign a waiver. Players under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by their parent or guardian.

Will I need extra paint?
Most people only use the 500 paintballs that comes with the rental package. Some people like to shoot a lot - sometimes those people will buy extra paint or share an extra bag with a friend.

Does ZwackerZ require a deposit for a private group?
Yes. We require a $100 deposit to hold your time slot, equipment, and referee. The deposit is non-refundable, but goes toward the cost of your event. If you fail to show up for your event, you forfeit your deposit.
